About the event
We've all been there. Your child is demonstrating their incredible talent for pushing your buttons and in the heat of the moment you find yourself somewhere between meltdown mode and errupting volcano. Afterwards you're left with mom-guilt wishing you could just have a REDO. Same!
Allow me to introduce you to the concept of Energy Leadership. This leadership framework allows you to take ownership of those triggering parenting moments so that you can carry out the response you want with confidence! Finally! You can be in the driver’s seat of your emotions!
The GOAL:
To be able find pause (deep breath, mama timeout, whatever it needs to be!) in any given situation and then approach it with the energy level that serves you and your child best.
What to EXPECT:
- I’ll walk you through the 7 level framework giving using real-life parenting situations.
- You’ll have the opportunity to share examples from your life, “trying on” each energy level (or lens) to give you 7 different views of the situation.
- You will gain a full understanding of the 2 types of core energy we show up with, learning how to shift your own energy from depleted and destructive to uplifted and expansive.

- 90-min LIVE class via Zoom (75-min workshop + 15 min Q & A)
