How Coaching Works

When you work with me as your coach, you’ll take an Energy Assessment that spotlights your overall resonating energy level as well how you respond to stress. The results of your assessment offer key insights about your motivation, commitment, and mindset.

This will give us a foundation and framework of how you can most efficiently reach your goals. It will also help us further define what your goals actually are and why they’re important to you.

What's included?

Pre-Session Work

We start with a 45 min. call to make sure coaching is right for you and that we’re a good match!

 

Before we begin our initial session, you’ll take the Energy (ELI) Assessment to evaluate your overall resonating energy levels and stress response.

Your Commitment

I ask all my clients for 3 things:

  1. Be fully present. 

  2. Come to each session with a specific topic or goal in mind.

  3. Come with an open mind and willingness to move forward and make positive changes in your life.

9 Weekly 60-min Sessions

Session #1 will be a debrief of your assessment results (We dive in deep here!) Prepare yourself for a big ol’ dose of self awareness.

 

Sessions 2 through 9 will be based on your personal goals and will vary from client to client. 

Investment

Wellness Coaching Package includes pre-work items plus 9 weekly 1-hour sessions via phone call or zoom. In between sessions you'll also have access to me via text and email.
