Kelly Mortensen is a Personal Development & Leadership Coach trained by The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). As a core energy coach, she partners with her clients to explore who they are at their core. Her passion is fueled by helping emerging leaders become aware of where they are now and supporting them with powerful action plans to take them where they want to go. She is a certified yoga teacher who, for 20 years, coached gymnastics and uses her knowledge of body mechanics and spatial awareness in her yoga classes. She specializes in helping complete and total beginners get comfy with yoga.
Jenna Starkey is a certified professional ICF accredited Fulfillment Coach (Life & Career) trained at The Coaches Training Institute with a holistic approach and background in human-centered communications. She completed her Breathwork Healer Teacher Training with David Elliott and Erin Telford and 200hr yoga teacher training certification at The Grinning Yogi , which has transformed her coaching and inspired her to weave in a grounded, presence-focused and somatic expression to her work. Nike Schmidt is a Somatic Coach and certified Yoga teacher (500YTT), based out of Munich, Germany, and she works with clients all over the world. Yoga and breathwork have been her passions for more than 20 years. She left the corporate world where she worked as an attorney for more than 10 years and is now self-employed as an attorney in the wild and exciting crypto space. Her mission as a coach is to support women to get ready for a big life change with the power of somatics. Her coaching approach is trauma-informed and she works with a broad variety of somatic practices like breathwork and meditation to help women get back into their bodies, feel all the feels that need to be felt and healed in order for them to move on and live a truly fulfilling life. Yoga: Easing Neck & Shoulder Pain (60 minutes)
Learn gentle yoga poses designed to help you ease your neck and shoulder pain by releasing tension and promoting more functional movement patterns. For this class you'll need a yoga mat and strap (a small hand towel or scarf works just as well!)
Yoga: Essential Stretches for Tight Hamstrings & Hip Flexors (60 minutes)
Everything is interconnected, especially these two areas of the body. Learn the key yoga poses to effectively relieve tight hamstrings while also stretching and strengthening your hip flexors. For this class you'll need a yoga mat and strap (a small hand towel or scarf works just as well!)
Workshop: New Beginnings - How to Befriend the Unknown (60 minutes)
This experiential workshop is designed to support you in navigating transitions, uncertainty, and the unknown with greater ease and resilience. Using somatic coaching tools and techniques, we will explore how to befriend the unknown, create a supportive inner environment, and develop the skills to take action towards new beginnings.

Workshop & Active Breath Practice (75 minutes)
What is breathwork?
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to bypass the thinking brain by supporting your nervous system and increasing blood flow, boosting oxygen and dopamine, which allows you to drop into a deeper intelligence of your body. As a result, this physical effect helps to process and release painful or racing thoughts and suppressed/repressed emotions, connect to intuition, authentic self, and ultimately open the heart.
