Yoga on the Spring Floor

I believe yoga is for everyone. It's not about the pose, rather it's the simple practice of creating space to connect the mind, body, and spirit. I encourage all my students to make each practice their own. So show up as you are. Just show up.

This gentle yoga class takes place on the spring floor so it's extra comfy on the knees and tailbone. Designed for any and all levels, we'll focus on breathwork, flow through an easy-on-the-joints series, challenge our balance, and end with a much deserved savasana (deep rest).

What to bring: water and a yoga mat

Cost: $25/person
